Más con Carmela is an arts and cultural program hosted by Carmela Ramirez, produced in partnership with Arizona Barrio Stories, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving and amplifying Latino/Chicano narratives across Arizona. As a featured nonprofit under LATINO USA TV, Arizona Barrio Stories produces all video and media content, ensuring each story is captured with authenticity, respect, and cultural integrity.
Since 2024, Carmela has served as the host of Más con Carmela, where she interviews Arizona’s artists, cultural leaders, musicians, educators, and community visionaries. Through heartfelt conversations, she highlights the rich history of Latino arts — past and present — and explores the ways these creative voices continue to shape, influence, and uplift our cultural landscape today.
